Hello, I'm Noriko. I'm Noriko😃.
This is what we would like to share with those who are considering private lessons.
There are some things you need to know before you start skiing.
Skiing is a sport that uses tools, gravity, and falling motion on snow.
Because the methods we use to teach adults and children differ in terms of physical strength, language comprehension, athletic ability, etc., and because children's bodies are different from adults, our ski school offers separate lessons for adults and children, even in group and private lessons.
Also, if you have never skied at all, your first lesson will be strenuous because you will be wearing unfamiliar ski boots, skis, and walking a lot.
Children and adults have different teaching styles,We strongly recommend that you apply for lessons separately.

Skiing issports that involve the use of tools
You will need skis, boots, helmets, gloves, goggles, and lots of other things.
For first-time skiers, we recommend renting skis at a local rental store.
Ski resorts usually have rental stores.
Therefore, please contact the store in advance to inquire about renting skis (stocks are usually included), ski boots, ski wear, helmets, and gloves, as some stores offer these items.
What do you need to have by yourself?
Goggles, gloves, helmets (can be rented), and ski wear.
There are many kinds of them all, so the best way is to ask a sales clerk.
Especially for those who ski in the cold months of January and February, mitten-type gloves (thumb and two other fingers together) are warmer and more useful.

Skiing is a very fun sport. Why not try skiing in the great nature of Switzerland?
